Shift times & minimum hours
Monday–Friday hours are already set in US Eastern. Friday uses the earlier finish. No weekend shifts. Grace is 0 minutes unless you change it. Minimum hours use Ready time for logs, excluding Not Ready. Overnight shifts need separate checks; do not set an end earlier than the start.
