Medicare SLA Report Tool

Drop in an Agent Success CSV. It keeps only Medicare Team ADV agents, adds names, and calculates Transfers Missing for 3 SLA.

Wrap Up and Pause Time use HH:MM:SS. Percentage columns are excluded. Only the required report columns are kept. Totals and non-ADV rows are removed. Column headings repeat halfway down the report so you can copy two separate sections.
